Accepting an offer or placing an order or making a purchase means that the customer accepts the applicability of these terms and conditions, excluding all other terms. These conditions destroy and replace all of the foregoing.

Acceptance of the order:
We are only bound by an order after we have confirmed it in writing or after we have started implementing. The information about the products and the pricing, as well as the detailed order information, have been prepared and communicated subject to change and correction.
By ordering on the website of Petit Feliz, the Purchaser expressly agrees to process and use his / her personal data for purposes such as the administration of the customer base, management of orders, deliveries and invoices, the monitoring of solvency, marketing and advertising.
All agreements concluded with Seller are governed by Belgian law. The Belgian courts are exclusively competent. All disputes between parties will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.
Belgium: Standard delivery in Belgium costs €5, All orders over €49 are free of shipping costs!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
You have 1 month to return or exchange your item. Please take note of the following requirements: to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, in the same state and packaging - with all the labels and tags intact. To complete your return, you will find the return ticket in your order. You just need to return the package to a Bpost point. International and Europe orders please contact email@example.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then within 14 days we will give you a full refund. We advise you to return the goods via recorded delivery as we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.
